Ving Tsun is a simple distilled system that has relatively few forms when compared to other styles of Kung Fu. While other systems may have 20 or more forms, Ving Tsun boils down to just the essentials and the important movements. Many other Kung Fu systems can take 20-30 years to master, but because Ving Tsun is so refined, a student can master our system in a much shorter period of time.
